106學年度第2學期資訊系大學部畢業資格審查注意事項:

1. 對象：大四生、延畢生、已完成提早畢業申請者
2. 程序：請對照自己的入學年度下載正確的資訊系畢業審查單http://www.csie.ncku.edu.tw/ncku_csie/announce/view/905 →依成績確實填寫→填完後請於４月20日（五）之前至系辦趙小姐處進行確認，並同時攜帶你的二吋半身學士服畢業照片乙張(背面請寫上系所班級、學號、姓名)以便學校製作畢業證書。

3.針對輔系、雙主修、或教育學程者:請即日起到4月10日(二)下午五點前，到系辦公室拿你的歷年成績表，到你的輔系、雙主修系所先進行審查簽註過與否後，再依第2項規定的程序回系上審查。 
 

註：依照註冊組要求每一位大四生都必須要做審查，若無審查者將無法畢業。
 

【Notice of graduation application of academic year 2017】

Objetc: Senior students (including deferred students)
Procedure: Download CSIE Graduation Checklist   http://www.csie.ncku.edu.tw/ncku_csie/announce/view/905  →Fill-in the checklist by referring your transcript → Submit the completed checklist and your 2 inches Graduation Photo (Have your department, student ID and name written down behind )  to the Department Office
For students who are taking double major or minor study：Please stop by the department office to pick up your transcript. Go to the second major/minor department to review if you complete the requiement by Apr.10 (Tu.). Then follow the Procedure to file the graduation application. 
 

All students have to file the graduation applications by the department deadline.
